Enjoy our collection of simple affordable recipes featuring farm fresh, locally grown vegetables, fruits and herbs.Recipes feature key produce as it becomes abundant at our NYS Farmers Markets from spring to fall.

Encourage participants to shop at their local farmers market and try the many varieties of vegetables sold directly by farmers.

Note: Fresh produce purchased from local vendors or supermarkets can also be used, as well as some canned and frozen products, depending on the recipe.
