Fight BAC! has 4 major concepts used to bring to mind practices that help reduce the risk of food borne illness. These concepts are the foundation upon which food safety can be practiced during the holidays.

Use this learning station to help participants discover ways keep food safe during the holidays.

Use your training in food safety to guide you when questions about other concepts arise. Bring resources you need to feel more comfortable about answering any type of food safety question. Remember that the FIGHT BAC! website is one resource that can help. Refer to your USDA Dietary Guidelines appendix 3 for more information.
