How much are you eating? is about helping adults become aware of how much food they eat every day. It is based on research from Cornell University researcher Brian Wansink, author of the best selling book “Mindless Eating” (Why we eat more than we think). Use open ended questions to help participants talk about how much they eat at meal time, while snacking, and when eating out. Signs and Directions are below. Only copy what you need.
